I like to thank everybody who supported this blog one way or another.
I have been gathering some feedback through polls as I have quite a few recommendations from some free SEO websites.
- They recommended that I reduce the total number of links to 100 as it will be considered spam.
- More people are using mobile devices so they also recommended to reduce the homepage size to speed up downloading.
The original intent of this Leather Leather Leather blog besides publishing, is being the central hub portal for all ladies/celebrities in leather blogs/websites/stores. Also to hunt all clean blogs to be affiliated with so the audience can have a one-stop shop to "shop" for ladies/celebrities in leather blogs and activities.
The way this blog is orgainized is the left window pane are usually internal (links, stats etc.) and the right window pane are usually external (links). The exception is the internal photo group links (too long on the left).
The external "Links" section (Not "My Blog List") on the right window pane is one that I am looking into removing. 3 reasons.
- Difficult to maintain as the links can be broken (I do not control them) and you get frustrated when they are not updated.
- External links - it hurts me a little bit as you go out and didn't/never come back.
- Well, it's the fastest way to reduce the number of links or what SEO considered spam.
Hence the first poll.
Now, I will be conducting a second poll. There are quite a number of good ladies in leather pics that involve the wearing of fur. I know fur is a taboo subject to many. I like to collect the feedback and if it justifies another blog to host them. My time is pretty stretched now - work, blog, games, family etc... I do not want people to boycott this blog and also I want to balance my time opening another blog.
Btw, in case you have not noticed, I have made some improvements that if you click on the links of the pics, it is a full blown original size of the downloaded pic. Not constrained to max length/width of 1600px. This probably differentiates from other blogs/sites but may hurt your bandwidth/download speed if you are using mobile.
I am trying to do some programming to implement the manual "See more" for scrolling of the blog pages instead of automatic infinite scrolling. Hey, I did not engage a professional website designer like our affiliated blog leathergirlsblog.com so everything is DIY. Their efforts paid-off as they attracted quite a number of advertisers.
Anyway, if you enjoyed this blog and have any suggestions for improvement (layout, download speed, organization, what type of pics etc.), please please please, leave a comment. It is starting to become a no-man's land or a one-man show here.
